Automated Analyser for Serum/Plasma Protein Analysis
The SPAPLUS™ is a dedicated serum and plasma protein analyser supplied by Binding Site. This compact, easy to use turbidimetric analyser provides a level of functionality usually seen only in larger analysers. The combination of an air mixing system, dual compartment reaction cuvettes and a hot water wash make the SPAPLUS ideal for Binding Site's latex assays. Other features include an automatic antigen excess check, automated rerun and autodilution capability plus Windows®-based software and bidirectional interface.
SPAPLUS assays currently include:
- Freelite™ serum free light chain assays
- IgG subclasses (IgG1 - IgG4)
- IgG, IgA, IgM
- Cystatin C
- ß2 Microglobulin
- Tetanus toxoid
Assays in development include Hevylite™, IgA subclasses and IgD.
SPAPLUS is currently available in UK, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Austria and Spain. In other countries please check with your local Binding Site supplier.
